This operating document outlines the conceptual framework for integrating digital dollar-denominated settlement tokens (USDT) with verified real-world asset (RWA) collateral records.
Important Notice: This document is for planning, explanation, and system architecture design purposes only. Any live deployment requires qualified legal, audit, accounting, and multi-signature custodial controls.
1.1. NOG LLC may use this framework to explain how verified real-world assets may support digital settlement workflows, collateral records, and proof-based commercial activity.
1.2. The objective is to connect physical value, supporting documentation, and digital transaction records without overstating legal ownership, liquidity, or enforceability.
1.3. The system is designed as an infrastructure and proof tooling, not as a promise of guaranteed returns or automatic asset liquidation.
• USDT: A digital dollar-denominated settlement token used as a fast payment and liquidity rail, subject to compliance and wallet controls.
• RWA (Real-World Asset): An asset that exists outside the blockchain, such as real estate (e.g., 2277 N Peachtree Way), equipment, commodities, or contracts.
• Collateral Record: A documented claim file showing asset identity, ownership evidence, valuation support, liens, and operational status.
• Proof Layer: A digital record, ledger event, document hash, or audit trail linking asset documentation to transaction activity.
USDT moves the digital value; the RWA collateral file supports the asset story; the proof layer records what was checked; and the operating rules decide who may act, when settlement occurs, and what happens if something fails.
| Layer | Function | Required Controls |
|---|---|---|
| USDT Settlement | Moves digital dollars between approved wallets. | Wallet security, transaction logs, compliance checks. |
| RWA Collateral | Supports value with verified real-world assets. | Ownership docs, valuation, lien reviews, custody terms. |
| Proof Layer | Links documents, hashes, and status events. | Audit trail, timestamps, document version control. |
| Governance | Sets rules for use, release, defaults, and reporting. | Legal agreements, approvals, risk limits. |
Step 1 - Asset Intake: NOG LLC identifies an eligible asset and collects base documents (deeds, photos, insurance, valuations).
Step 2 - Verification Package: The asset file is reviewed for ownership validity, valuation support, liens, and the authorized party's right to pledge.
Step 3 - Collateral Certificate: A proof record is created describing the asset, the document set, and the limits of what has been verified.
Step 4 - Digital Record: The proof layer stores a document hash, timestamp, and wallet link pointing back to the physical legal file.
Step 5 - USDT Settlement: Approved parties use USDT for fast drawdowns, escrow-like flows, and payments based on milestones.
